How can I automate my WIP report from Sage 300 CRE?

A WIP report from Sage 300 CRE, Sage 100 Contractor, or Sage Intacct is automated by pulling job cost, billings, and estimates from Sage on a schedule into one database, calculating percent complete, earned revenue, and over and under billings your way, and reconciling the result to the general ledger before it is published. Omadli Group builds that pipeline read-only, working from Sage exports today and from the API where the client's Sage edition and license allow it. The WIP then refreshes without a person rebuilding it, and the same data feeds a weekly job P&L by cost code and an over-budget alert that names the project manager. Sage's own reports show what is inside Sage; the field data in Procore or BuildOps and the hours in payroll are joined on Omadli's side. Omadli Group is based in Boston, Massachusetts; a dashboard averages about 18 days to go live.

Questions Sage users ask

Sage and Omadli, answered.

It has to, or it does not ship. Omadli reconciles the automated WIP against your controller's version and against closed jobs until they agree, then replaces the manual build. Your definitions of percent complete and earned revenue are used, not a template.

Yes. Intacct has stronger API access than the on-premise editions, which usually means fresher data. The WIP, job P&L, and alerts are the same deliverables.

No. Omadli connects read-only using the export or API access your current Sage subscription already allows. If a paid API tier would make the data fresher, we tell you what it costs before you decide.

As fresh as the platform allows. Where there is an API, refreshes run on a schedule during the day; where the platform only exports, the dashboard shows the export time so nobody mistakes yesterday's numbers for today's.
