Missed calls
The phone rings while the team is on a roof
Every unanswered call is a service visit or a bid that went to whoever picked up. Voicemail does not book jobs.
For operators who want an agent that does one job in their business reliably, not a chatbot that answers trivia.
We build AI agents around one client workflow at a time: answering and qualifying every call, reading years of contracts and SOPs, watching job data and raising the flag. Each agent connects to your systems, drafts the action, and hands a human the decision.
Voice, knowledge base, dispatch, scheduling, and data agents. English and Spanish. Humans stay in the loop.
Generic AI does not know your services, your price book, your contracts, or your crews. An agent that does has to be built on your data.
Missed calls
Every unanswered call is a service visit or a bid that went to whoever picked up. Voicemail does not book jobs.
Buried documents
Subcontracts, SOPs, warranty terms, and change orders sit in Drive, SharePoint, or Laserfiche. Finding them takes the one person who remembers.
Reactive
The job slipped two weeks ago. The dashboard showed it. Nobody looked until the invoice bounced.
Brittle
Most agent projects die at integration: permissions, stale data, no fallback to a human. We build for the failure cases first.
Named agents you can talk to today, plus custom builds around your own workflow.
Vickie / voice
Answers every call, qualifies the caller, and books service visits, inspections, and sales calls in English and Spanish. Sends and replies to texts, follows up on leads, routes emergencies to the on-call technician, and logs and scores every call into a live analytics dashboard. Works with QuickBooks, Salesforce, HubSpot, Jobber, Housecall Pro, and GoHighLevel. Two live demo agents are on our Vickie page; call the FireGuard demo at (978) 717-0012.
Farmon / knowledge base
Reads SOPs, policies, contracts, and subcontracts from Google Drive, SharePoint, Laserfiche, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Knowify, and answers operational questions in plain English.
Data agents
Watch job cost, WIP, and cash. Flag the job that went over, the agreement losing money, the vendor with no budget line. Trigger the next action to the right person.
Custom
Dispatch, manpower scheduling, license and certification expiry alerts, intake and follow-up. We scope one workflow, build it, and prove it before the next one.
Scope one workflow. Build on your data. Test with your team. Then hand over with monitoring in place.
We pick the workflow with the clearest payoff, define what the agent may and may not do, and where a human approves.
The agent connects to your CRM, accounting, and document stores through the access each platform allows. It drafts and stages actions; the platform's own permissions govern what posts.
Your team tries to break it before customers can. Then it goes live with logging, fallbacks to a person, and monthly review under our Operations Partnership.
Vickie has answered 18,742 calls to date, with 100% of calls answered and logged, 24/7, across retail, transportation, and construction clients.
If a Vickie client's answered-call rate does not increase within 60 days, we work for free.
Voice agents (Vickie, our 24/7 AI receptionist), knowledge-base agents (Farmon, which answers questions from your own documents), data agents that watch dashboards and raise flags, and custom agents built around one client workflow such as dispatch, scheduling, or license tracking.
Vickie works with QuickBooks, Salesforce, HubSpot, Jobber, Housecall Pro, and GoHighLevel. Farmon reads Google Drive, SharePoint, Laserfiche, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Knowify. Custom agents connect through whatever access each platform allows, from open APIs to scheduled exports.
It depends on the platform. Write access is open on some systems such as QuickBooks Online and monday.com, partner-gated on others such as Procore and Sage, and closed on a few such as isolved. Our default is that the agent drafts and stages the action and a person approves; it posts where your stack supports it and hands you the ready entry where the platform is closed.
Vickie's standard implementation is 22 days: training on your services and price book, connecting your calendar and CRM, testing with your team, then going live on your number.
No. The agents take the work nobody can get to: the call at 7pm, the contract nobody can find, the dashboard nobody checks. Humans stay in the loop on every decision that matters.
