Who we are

What we collect
- Information you send us. Your name, work email, company, role, phone number, and anything you write when you use the contact form, email us, call us, or book a call through Calendly. We use it to reply and to prepare for the conversation you asked for.
- Website analytics. When analytics are enabled, the site uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. These tools set cookies and record pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring site, clicks, scrolling, and in Clarity's case anonymized session replays. We use this to understand which pages help visitors and to fix problems.
- Voice-agent demo calls. The live AI voice agents on our Vickie page run on Vapi. When you call a demo agent by phone or from your browser, the call audio and a transcript are processed by the agent and may be recorded for quality and training, as stated on that page. Do not share sensitive personal information with a demo agent.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard request logs such as IP address, user agent, and the page requested. We also log visits from known AI crawlers by user agent so we can see how AI systems read the site.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not run advertising networks or retargeting pixels on this site.
- We do not use the information you send us for anything other than responding to you and, if you become a client, delivering the work.
Who else processes data
Service providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Google (Analytics 4), Microsoft (Clarity), Calendly (scheduling), and Vapi (voice agents). Each processes data under its own privacy terms. Client project data stays inside the systems and accounts the client owns; we work read-only unless the engagement says otherwise.
Cookies and your choices
Analytics cookies are the only cookies this site sets. You can block or delete them in your browser, use a content blocker, or enable your browser's Do-Not-Track setting; the site works without them. To have information you sent us corrected or deleted, email info@omadligroup.com and we will act on it within 30 days.
Retention
We keep correspondence and booking details for as long as we have a business relationship or a reason to follow up, and delete them on request. Analytics data is retained according to the tool's default settings (Google Analytics 4: 14 months).
